Burda Style For people who sew
Can anyone tell me how to make my jeans about an inch bigger on each side I am in between sizes seems like always but I cant afford to buy new pants one size up all the time

Do you mean let them out by an inch at each side seam? Not possible if there is no fabric to let out.
You COULD unpick the waistband and the side seams and add in a stripe of a contrast fabric all the way down. You’d also have to add the same to the waistband at each side, or just cut a whole new one a couple of inches longer.
