I am going to make a bag from Vinyl, that has a backing to it. I know to work with the backing down onto the dog feed – wherever possible. I shall choose a long stitch BUT should I use a "walking " foot on the top to facilitate the movement of the smooth surface ?. Any advice gratefully accepted, thanks.

Personally I would go with a walking foot but you could also try a Teflon foot.

Thanks – I have made a plan of action and most of the work involves working with the backed side down and any work on the surface involves applying webbing – so I might be okay
