I’m trying to make the Lillian Blouse pattern in BurdaStyle Sewing Vintage Modern and I’m stuck on step 6, in which you create point I, the narrowest part of the waist. It says: “Square out from the waist point as marked on original pattern from the original side seam toward line FHG, and mark the intersection as I.”
FGH is the new side seam line. I don’t know what “square out” means so I can’t create point I.
Can someone please explain? Thank you!

You need a set square and you need to draw a line at right angles from the waist point on the center front line to line FGH. Where the new line meets FGH is point I.
