I am trying to find a sewing pattern for a skirt a friend has asked me to make her for a scarborough fair. Below is a link for the one she found but I can’t find a similar pattern anywhere. Any suggestions? Will I need to combine a few patterns together?

Kwik Sew do a high waisted skirt – KS 3580 – that you could use for the waist to hip piece. Then you could improvise for the flounces. I think once you have your basic skirt piece done it will be more straightforward. Good luck!
