I’m not sure exactly what you mean. Can you find a picture?

Thanks May be someone knows a free pattern somewhere or tell me how to proceed on simple shirt pattern. I tried it but the holes are not equal – I cutted them after I sewed the shirt…

Go to top page black bar “Patterns” Many are free.

You can use a Tee Shirt Pattern. Make the sleeve a 2 part sleeve add seam allowance for top of sleeve. Sew an 1 1/2 " at the top of sleeve, and about 2" at bottom of sleeve, the part in the middle will leave the hole to expose shoulder/arm. If you have an overlocker would finish the seam allowance edges before sewing sleeve parts together. Trial and Error. Do a mock up in similar fabric you may be using.

If you cannot get the recommended pattern, buy a large T shirt from a local discount store. Cut the center top down each sleeve, and fold over raw edges twice and sew to prevent raveling. If you don’t want to cut the sleeves all the way, simply hand sew the raw edges to prevent raveling, if the fabric won’t fit into your machine.
