Hello my name is Val.I recently learned how to use a ruffler attachment on my sewing machine and fell in LOVE and want to put on layers of ruffles but want to attach and ruffle as I go in the round,my question is how are these ruffles finished once you come around and meet at the beginning? How do you keep ruffles and what you are sewing them to even across garment while sewing these on? Im at my wits end trying to find out how in tutorials, all the ones I have found show attaching at hem with seam on underside,I want to sew them on on top of right side of fabric.Would APPRECIATE ANY AND ALL HELP.
