I need help, as for Christmas I would like to get an adjustable dressmaking form, however I am lost for words on which make or brand to get and where I can get it. I do not want to spend a whole lot of money on it, but still want a good quality one that I can change sizes on.
Has anyone got any ideas??
thank you….xxx

Decent ones just ARE expensive: it’s spending time to make them well and using materials that make them strong, accurate and durable that makes them so. You can’t get a good cheap one. Not unless you strike lucky and get one from freecycle… I have bought several from Jaycots.
I like Adjustaform ones. The models I have come with 8 part bodies and adjustable waist length and neck size as well as being adjustable for circumference.

I just recently bought a ’Diana".
I’ve never had one before so nothing to compare it to but am quite happy with it. I’ll have to put a tight tshirt over the top though to fill the gaps it creats when making it larger.
