You’d probably have to subscribe to it unless you can find an big international magazine or sewing shop there who you could persuade to buy english copies in for you. I had the same problem when living in Athens, there was a sewing shop that took it in different languages but it was hit and miss getting all the issues. Or you could look on ebay and buy the ones you want if it’s only occassionally you want it.
I remember when there was an issue I really wanted, I’d buy it in Greek as the simple patterns are easy enough to work out and gradually you start picking up the sewing terms. Or I would ask a friend in England to buy me the issue from WHSmith and hold it for me or post it out. Or if it’s only the occasional pattern you use sometimes you can find someone on this site who has the magazine in another language and will scan the instructions for you.
