Hi everyone! I’ve been looking for patterns for peg leg trousers but can’t seem to find any good ones, does anyone know of any?
I mean trousers like this:

(but a center fastening will do just fine)

Pleats and details don’t have to be included, those were just general pics of what I mean by peg leg pants: tapered at the bottom, a little wide at the top, high-waisted, NOT jersey/sweat type pants.
Any ideas?

try McCalls patterns website for Palmer Pletsch designer under pants/trousers. Or, trace a pair of favorite skin tight jeans with tapered legs and cut your own pattern with an initial 2 inch seam allowance on all seams to try them on and then narrow the seam allowance to get the fit you want. Also try Costumes sections of different pattern companies and you might find a pair of tapered pants/trousers patterns.

Ok thank you, I’ll take a look!
I thought maybe there’d have to be some customising involved, so if anyone is reading this, does anyone have patterns for high waisted pants?
I’d rather get the waist area right, then it seems like tapering the ends would be comparatively easy.

Look up Burda 7438 or 7463? Those are high waisted although a little on the baggy side. (I haven’t tried using those patterns myself, but am on the hunt for something similar. :>)
