I purchased a Burma pattern for the first time — and last time. They have no ENGLISH on the pattern pieces. There is no sizes on the pattern lines to know which line to cut for my size. There is no seam allowances.. Burma needs to get busy imporving their patterns before charging people money for them

I’m not sure where you purchased your pattern, was it from a store on on line? Most Burda patterns i’ve used are marked with sizes on the pattern and in addition use a different patterned line for each size. It’s pretty easy to figure out. If the smalles is 10 and you are 16 just count the lines back from there, 10, 12 etc. As for the seams, some but not all of Burda patterns don’t have seems, but it should say so. Just add a 5/8 line around your patterns.
