I was wondering if anyone know of a pattern similar to this dress? Its an Emilio Pucci dress with cap sleeves. I’ve spent the last 3 hours searching online for something similiar, but can’t find anything! I was hoping to find a website with e-patterns (purchase and then download – like Burdastyle), but couldn’t find anything that would work. Any help? Would be very much appreciated! I’m making it in a red stretchy fabric, by the way.

There’s a very similar one I made from a burda mag, I’ll look it out tonight to see which edition it was from and it may well be on this site somewhere. You’d have to adapt the sleeves slightly but apart from that it’s practically identical!

The Pucci sleeve almost looks like a type of epaulets on a sort of sheath with square neckline. This one in View B neckline is not square but sleeves fairly close, it is designed for knits has a princess style if done in all one color maybe close.

le voila http://sewansew.blogspot.com/2010/01/burda-october-2009-magazine-dress-115.html this link should show which one I meant. There are a few selling that edition of the mag on ebay at the moment or you could try getting it from the german Burda site if you wanted it.

Thank you so much everyone! Looks like I will be going with the Vogue 8280 if I can find it somewhere cheaper ($15 shipping for a pattern? No way.) Looks like Amazon has it… thank you. :)
