Hello,
I just bought pattern 5/2010 Shift Dress #140 ,but when i printed the pattern.It was off when i was joining the pattern the edges don’t match when ever i try matching on edge it goes off from the other side .What am i doing wrong?It was a waste of money.If i can not resolve it.

Not sure I understand quite what you say is going wrong, can you put a picture of the problem maybe? Or if you are 100% sure you are trying to join the right pieces together and they’re definitely wrong, I’d email the website team. It’s a lovely pattern, I made a similar one and it’s such a flattering shape so I’d stick with it! :-)

I am positive that i am joing it correctly as there is numbering and very easy ,but ones we see the pattern in totality ,the lines don’t join perfectly they are slietly off.Please any help i am looking for.Thanks!!

Go to bottom right of screen (Grey Area) under Website Help, select Customer Support, Report your issue there. Make sure you include 5/2010 Shift Dress #140. Sorry have not used the pattern. Hope you get a quick answer.

I just looked at the pdf, It has princess seams, they usually require an ease stitch on the curves to make them fit together. Or this method:

Did you check that all you pages were printing out at the correct size? If you have a page or two printing at 98% rather than 100%, this can throw things off…
I also found that if I use very cheap light weight paper, the printing can sometimes be a bit off. 80gsm is the best weight I find…
