Hello everyone,

I’m a new member and also new to sewing….And learning by myself.

I have a question for this model http://www.burdastyle.com/pattern_store/patterns/tie-back-tunic-092013

Do I need to add seam and hem allowance everywhere or only on specific pieces?

I must say that English is my second language and some terms can be difficult to understand for me. Double challenge! ;-)

Thank’s :-)

I just finished making a jacket using a Burda pdf pattern and yes you will have to add all seam allowances to all pieces unless otherwise noted. Mine was lined and had a band across the bottom so I did not have to add a hem allowance. Hope this helps.

    Thank you so much :-)

I appreciate. I’ll feel a little more confident.
