Which patterns? If they are patterns downloaded from here, just download them again if you haven’t cached them somewhere. If they are printed patterns, contact the pattern company.

Realistically, if you don’t purchase a duplicate copy of the magazine issue in question, you have to wait and see if a member offers to provide you with instructions.

By the way, which month and year are you talking about? And the pattern number is …?

There is no known way to just get instruction sheets here.

Actually, if it is a Burda magazine pattern, then many are available for download in the patterns section of this website. But, if it’s a regular non-magazine pattern, unfortunately, out of luck.

Contact the pattern company and just ask them. They often send out duplicates of instructions.

If it’s a big brand one then you can go to sewingpatterns.com and see if you can pick up a downloadable version for cheap and the instructions can be printed off as many times as you like.
