Happy Weekend!

I am looking for a pattern or some sewing advice to re-create BHLDN’s Minty Crinoline Skirt pictured here: BHLDN

I am hoping to make it for a wedding I am going to this April in Las Vegas in an aqua tulle. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you so much.

    Also, I would be totally okay with an elastic waist for this skirt.

    Just make an easy gathered skirt. Then add the layers of tulle starting from the buttom. Use very stif tulle. each strip should be twice or trice (depends on how big you want it) the lenght of the with of the skirt. Gather it and sew it on top. I woudl recommend using pretty stiff tulle
