Is it safe to attach interfacing (iron on) to lining?
The lining is very synthetic and I’m just worried it will melt or something

Why do you want to fuse interfacing to the lining instead of to the outer fashion fabric?
In any case, I’d test fusing interfacing to a scrap piece of lining first.

Hi you didnt say what you are making, if its a bag it wont matter what you if you iron it to the lining just use a cooler setting . If it’s a garment it wont sit right if you iron it to the lining it realy should be on the outter material.
