I usually copy and paste the text through a translator, Bing is a good one. Then I copy and paste that onto a word document, save and print. Lots of faffing about but works for me.

I don’t read German either. The translation tip is good.
Here’s my take on the matter-given that some of the downloaded patterns are also from BurdaStyle magazine, then it seems logical that you would have to add in your seam allowances, just as you would in when using the pattern pages from the magazine to make the pattern pieces.
