I have a sleeveless top pattern with a collar, and it calls for facing at the armholes and at the neckline.
I’ve sewn it all in, matched all the notches, even understitched, but because it is cut on the bias, it’s all wavy and buckling all over.
Is there a technique to make sure the facing lies flat?
Thanks in advance!

Is it the SEAM that has bucked, or the fabric?

Fabric.. the seam matches.. I call it buckling but it’s that wavy thing fabric does when sewing on the bias..

Sounds like it stretched while sewing and handling. How did you stabilize it?
