Burda Style For people who sew
I bought a fabric that I didn’t really care for but not that I’ve gotten started making the Kasia skirt I just love the way it looks and I want to make a nice skirt. So far it looks nice but I’m stuck on one thing. The front waist band. The front ‘flap’ that will have the buttons is perfect but does the waistband go on after this piece is complete? It seems to create bulge there on the top seam. Please help, I will put this away until I’m sure. Thanks!

My picture seems to interfere with my question. Does the waistband go on after the front piece that will have the buttons on it? It seems to create bulge right at the seam. I tried to follow directions!
