I have fallen in love with the long chiffon pleated skirts that seem to be everywhere right now. I have found quite a few posts online about how to do it myself but I just don’t know if I want to take the time to do it. I am looking for somewhere that I can send the fabric to have it professionally done. I have found one place in the UK but I live in New York State so I am really looking for someplace in the US. Does anyone know of a place? Thanks.
