Everyone here seems to be located way across the world from me but hi to you all! IF there IS anyone from the U.K., can you recommend any great fabric stores as they are very few and far between these days?

Yours gratefully

We buy most of our fabrics online. Wew get quite a lot of silk from places like James Hare, Pongees, Henry Bertrand, Bennts silks… For wools we like Abimilech Hainsworth for a lot of the historic and uniform stuff… For cheap and cheerful there are places like cheapfabric.com, Fabricland, The Remnant House.

WQe also biuy fabrics from round the world, using a number of ebay stores. Most places will send swatches.
