So I’m ordering swatches for a gown I’m working on, but I can’t seem to find the right fabric for part of the dress. I’m making a large gown with a train.
The skirt part of the dress is going to have a net over lay covered in various sizes of chiffon flower petals.
What I need help with is, deciding what fabric the under skirt should be made of? I need a more affordable because the petals will be all silk.
