I’m about to move house and have packed all my pattern cutting books. Does anyone know of a reference online that will take me step by step through the process. I have the back and armhole done but can’t remember how to draft the front/bust darts. Need to do this, I have someone coming for a fitting on Friday! I was too eager to pack, left out my machine and other things for this project but forgot about the books. Can anyone help?? Amanda

Here’s one on this site http://www.burdastyle.com/techniques/constructing-the-basic-bodice-block or go to this site http://www.vintagesewing.info/index.html They have heaps of very useful online books I particularly like Modern Pattern Design (1942) from this site. Hope you find something that works and your move goes well.
