Hi!
I am using Burda for the first time, and this is about my 3rd project using a pattern, so I’m still fairly new to sewing. Basically I have cut the tissue out, and now trying to work out how to lay it out on my material.
I am okay with the material, but not sure if the pieces 1-4 need to be facing right way up or down..
The pattern instruction says “Pattern pieces outlined with a broken dotted line in the cutting layout are to be placed face down on the fabric”. Now I have cut out my size and I can’t see these dotted lines anywhere?
Can anyone help?

Go back to the layout diagram. See which bits on that have a dotted outline, and write yourself a note on the pattern piece. You also need to mark the grain line on the reverse of those [pieces so you can lay them out properly aligned with the fabric grain.

Hi,
Thanks for your help. The layout diagram doesn’t have any dotted lines so wasn’t sure if that’s because they are all supposed to be right way up or in cutting out the pieces I missed something? This is my problem..
