It is this dress:
http://www.burdastyle.com/patterns/102010-full-skirted-dress-with-cut-out-bustline
Where it says “lay the lining upand stitch to seam allowances” I can’t for the life of me figure out what it means…
Any help would be massively appreciated!

So far I have stiched a complete bodice in the proper fabric and the lining material and am about to attach the two together… I am supposed to sew along the neck etc to attach them which I am fine with but then I need to do this laying the lining up and stitching it to the seam allowance business before turning the whole thing the correct way out
That particular instruction appears again later again for the sleeves, which are currently just flat pieces of fabric at the moment. Again the instructions ask you to sew them together and then lay the lining down and stitch to seam allowances before turning it the correct way out. I can’t figure out what this means as in this case the sleeve is just a half moon shape
Sorry if this doesn’t make things a bit clearer – my camera is AWOL at the moment
Thanks for your help!

I’m wondering if they mean you to understitch it?
