I am trying to assemble the pattern mentioned above (well, joining the front and back panels at the shoulders) and I am really struggling. I have the magazine but the pictures (my preferred reference) don’t make much sense, especially for the assembly of the facing and the centre front pieces. I have just about reached my end of the rope. Please help me. 8/2013 106A.

Don’t give up :-). Step #2, should include piece #1 to be cut from interfacing as well. Make sure you do step #7 attaching the collar before you do step #8 attaching shoulder seams, as piece #1 attaches to the collar in the same step. Step #17 has an error, in my opinion. It should read: pin the interfacing to the front facing piece #2. I hope this helps.
