I am going to copy a tank top I already have, fits great but just a little tight under armpit. Not sure of where or how to enlarge so not tight, Thank you

Try cutting the armhole a fraction larger — remember that you will be adding on for the circumference of the armhole — so only a fraction is required. Try it out in a piece of fabric first — you don’t need to produce a complete garment – just this bit !

If the armhole is pulling across the front chest, you may need to add to the bust width (depending on the tightness). You can start by adding 1/4" at each side seam. And add more if needed. If the armhole is up against your armpit then you will need to lower the underarm curve.

Easy! Don’t touch the top or sides of the armhole – they sound like they fit great. Just lower the bottom. You will need to keep the same shape curve that they have under the arm, so just extend the sides of the armhole (from the point where it starts to curve under) by however much extra length you need (probably 1 or 2 cm) and then draw a curve under the arm (trying to keep the same shape curve they had)
