Hi! I have a body suit that is made from 75% stretch fabric. The measurement on my body is 28", but when I lay the body suit flat and unstretched it’s 22" all the way across. I’m trying to make one for someone else but I’m having trouble what equation would be to get the right measurement with a 75% stretch.
I’m not sure if this makes any sense but thank you if you can help!!

This has a stretch chart at end of the pdf:
http://www.ca.uky.edu/hes/fcs/FACTSHTS/CT-MMB-165.pdfIt shows using 4" of fabric and how much it stretches for the % of stretch etc.
