I am not really sure about what you are talking.
Is it the nylon fabric that has round holes in it. It is a light knit. I have sewn it with a stretch needle and stretch stitch.

A serger/overlocker with stretch needles fitted is your best bet, but otherwise, a stretch needle and a narrow zigzag will do fine. Then neaten the edges together with a wider 3 step zigzag like this: /\ /\ /\ / \ / \ / \ / \/ \/ \
