Burda Style For people who sew
I am thinking of making some curtains with burlap. Does anyone have any burlap sewing tips? What size needle? Thread? Washing? Pressing?
Thanks in advance!
Also, if anyone can point me in the direction of a “search” function for discussion topics that would be great too.

I would use a thick needle – like a jeans needle (size 18). Practice on some scraps first. I don’t know if you’d need some heavy duty thread or if the regular would work.
