May swag curtains are saggy.

I used decorator fabric & lining. The lining appears to have a little stretch to it. I used a walking foot to sew them with. The lining appears to be pulling the fabric up and puckering the bottom where it is seamed together.

Obviously the swag portion in on a bias.

Is there anything that can be done?

    Not much. You can either: replace the lining with a longer piece, or free the lining and let both be separate, or add another piece to the lining, or shorten the outer piece to fit.

    Bias cuts of fabric stretch. That is how woven fabrics can be made to seem to have some flexibility-placing pieces on the bias. Learned that information during a lingerie talk on how to use woven fabrics. Did your swag curtain sections have to be cut on the straight grain? If so, you now know the cause of sagging.
