Two years ago i purchased this skirt.

a few weeks ago it destroyed beyond repair. I really love the skirt but cant really afford to order a new one. Ideally, i would like to make one for cheaper.
I have NO idea what kid of material that is aside from “cotton” is it treated ? is a specific blend ? i cant find anything like it to identify it at my local fabric store Any help is appreciated!

The top part is stretchy? It is probably cotton ribbing or knit.
The bottom part looks like rayon or cotton gauze.
If you did not throw away the original skirt, then just take it to the store and show it to the store clerk.
