Burda Style For people who sew

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone knows or has a good glove pattern. I’ve always wanted to make my own pair of gloves and I’ve recently acquired some gloving suede. Any help would be amazing. Thanks very much!

  I love making gloves, vintage sewing have a whole book on it http://www.vintagesewing.info/1950s/50-hmg/hmg-toc.html and the site Katexxxxxx mentions is also good. I have this in my faves from sew-ing.com but have not used it http://sew-ing.com/make/gloves.html. Hope you find something in these that helps. I always have a practice run (believe it or not with light weight rubber backed curtain fabric) of a new pattern draft, but it is well worth it as I have long fingers and cannot get gloves that fit otherwise.

    I need to experiment with opera gloves. A fine place to start my glove making career! :D

  Thats fab thanks very much again, I’ve had a first attempt at drafting my own pattern but it came out quite a lot too small (think i may have missed a step) But got the general idea so it’ll be easier next time, but I’m defo going to have a go at this pattern!
