Can anyone help me? I purchased a number of patterns last year, and lost one or two in a move. When I log onto my Library, the only thing I see now are “Print Instructions”????

What’s the deal? I can understand (not really!) offering a pattern for free and (maybe) not including the actual pattern, but I PURCHASED my patterns and now they aren’t available?? What’s the deal, Burdastyle? How do you just REMOVE a pattern from someone’s Library that they purchased?

Can somebody please explain? I don’t get it.

    The same thing happened to me today as well. I asked them about it on their Support Wall and on their Facebook page.

    They responded on their Facebook page that I should email support so the pattern could be emailed to me. I don’t think they realise this could be site-wide; that people are unable to print their purchased patterns.

    No one has emailed me back. I suggest posting to their Facebook wall for a faster response.

      Yeah, I’m only seeing links to see pattern instructions, but no ACTUAL patterns for ANYTHING.

    Clearly this must be a sitewide issue and it has not been resolved. Instructions but no patterns. I have emailed support and gotten no response. Sure hope they have a better way of communicating with their customers than on “their Facebook page.” I don’t and WON’t do Facebook.

    THANK YOU! I was just flipping out on how simple I must be not to find the patterns. I just bought one and it along with all my others are gone! I emailed and have not heard back yet either.
