I purchased a blouse and vest – two patterns that go together but both patterns downloaded as the blouse pattern only – no vest pattern. I have asked Burda for help at least three times in the last month – it’s been more than a month since I purchased the patterns and not even an acknowledgement that someone has received my request. There doesn’t seem to be any other avenue but to fill in the “contact” form. How can I reach a real person?

    Hello! Same here: I have just bought 3 patterns online, money gone from the bank account, no purchase confirmation via email, and the items still showing as pending payment in my shopping cart !!! I have contacted Burda via the online form, I hope they will reply soon…
