can someone show me how to make a wrap over dress

I have a picture of a really lovely wrap over full skirted summer dress, but I cannot find a pattern that matches, so what I am seeking is for someone to show me how to make a simple wrap over dress and from that, I wll be able to create my own full skirted version.
There does not appear to be any on Youtube.
Would someone be kind enough to show me – pleaseeeee!
