Hello out there! Any member or Burdastyle—- I can’t seem to find the member search!

Can someone tell me where it is (I am embarrassed to say that
I can’t spot it!). (It would be great too if the member search could
be looked up by location so that local friends could be found who
are interested in sewing!

    There doesn’t appear to be a member search facility. Now I cannot use the search facility at all on the site which is frustrating as I have to look through all the patterns to locate a particular one ! Anyone any ideas ??

    Don’t feel bad, I can’t even find one of my RL friends who I know is signed on here (she’s the one who told me about it) and whose username I already know! I even tried adjusting my profile link with her username, assuming it would go to her profile, and that didn’t work either.

      you could try to google search, type her username and burdastyle… it seems to work for any profile, i made a few trials, good luck;)

    ..and hopefully I’m not being really stupid but am I right in thinking that there is no longer a link to see previews of the current and upcoming Burda magazines? That was a great feature for me on the old website as I have to go out of my way to find a shop that sells the mag and would check online first to see if it had patterns I was going to make use of. I’m more likely not to buy it now as I’ll end up telling myself I have more than enough in my collection already and can’t be bothered to make the trip to the shop.

    I’m new here and used the archive for Burda magazine on the old site. Next thing I know is the site changes and now I can’t find them. Are they still available?

    I agree! This feature would be so great particularly for those who live in small towns where it is difficult to network and find others of the same ‘kind.’

    Does anyone else think that pattern and projects search is not very good? I would also request a member search.
