I think there used to be one, or a “flag” button on Projects, but it seems to have vanished. I’d rather not see all those fake LV handbags for sale (a federal & int’l crime, by the way) on the project pages. There should be a simple way to report this stuff & also some of the occasional exploitive images that show up… BurdaStyle, please add a “report this” or “flag inappropriate content” button right on the individual project page. I think it otherwise only shows up if there is a user comment to the image, which doesn’t solve the problem. I’ve seen some sites where the flag button also includes a drop down menu for categorizing the content problem (hate speech, personal attack, off-topic, etc.). This feature might aid in dealing with the content issues on the back side. Thanks for considering the suggestion!

Why don’t you try lining it? You could use a contrasting color to make the burn out pop.

I remember it was causing a problem as people were hitting the “report this as inappropriate” by accident instead of the “reply” button, so I wonder if it’s maybe been removed or moved to somewhere else on the page because of that?

The lightening bolt below is the “report as inappropriate” button. Just give it a click when it is spam and I will save us from the ugly spam monsters.
As for the project spam, just copy and paste the link of the project and post it to My Wall
Or to our Post Spam Links Here area in our Discussions.
Happy sewing!

The lightening bolt is, I think, too subtle. From time to time I’ve clicked it instead of the “Reply” and there’s no way to back out! For example, on this forum topic the Reply and the lightening bolt are right next to each other. Since there is only one level of commenting, some entries only have the lightening bolt and I think it tends to get confused with the Reply.
Some forums have a flag/unflag feature. Can the lightening bolt (preferably marked more clearly for its purpose) be made reversible? I doubt I’m the only one who has accidently clicked it when intending to respond to a friendly comment. Thanks!
