HI,
I am trying to purchase a previous webinar (Create a pattern from ready to wear) and it says that it has been added to my cart but when I go to log in to complete the purchase it won’t work. I have tried on a Mac and Windows laptop several times but nothing is working.
Has this happened to anyone else?

    Here it is almost September and I’m having the exact same problem. The system won’t recognize my password then when I ask for it it doesn’t recognize my username. I have no problem logging into this website, just not the area where I need to purchase webinars. I tried creating a new account which the system accepted and brought me to the page to pay but then rejected my financial info telling me to call customer service. I e-mailed Burda who reset my password but it didn’t help. Obviouslythere is a problem with their webinar site that needs addressing but, for some reason, they aren’t doing it. Please, Burda, correct this problem!

    Hello all,

    In order to purchase our webinars, you need to create a NEW login since our webinars are hosted on a different platform that doesn’t recognize your BurdaStyle.com login. Hope this helps and please email answers@burdastyle.com if you are still having issues.
