Burda Style For people who sew

I’m very fed up with my computer right now.
I have been trying to up load one project for about a month on and off. It will not work. Everytime I try to upload a project it takes a very long time to load the next page and the page says “500 internal error” .
I started to try and upload it with 8 pictures when that didn’t work , I chopped it down to 4 pictures. It still didn’t work.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

  Hey Seussian, what browser are you using? Make sure your images are the right size (it says the size when you upload) try reuploading the whole thing with only 4 images again. If it still isn’t working, i would email answers [at] burdastyle.com

  They have to be at least 475 pixels wide. I will look into this for you! try clearing your cache as well, sometimes that helps!

  I’ve got the same problem! I’m using google chrome and only uploading 4 (I’ve tried cutting it down to 2 but it still didn’t work!)

  I sent an email a few days ago, but no response yet :-(
