I just posted this question on the Tikva trench page itself so apologies for duplication.
I’ve just been cutting out the fabric for the coat and realised that the interfacing pieces aren’t specified in the instructions or on the pattern pieces themselves.
Please could someone let me know what pieces are to be cut in interfacing?
I suggest you also make an addition to the pattern instructions so more people don’t have the same problem.
In addition to this, the key of pattern markings (i.e. many dots for lining, less dots for interfacing etc) for the instruction diagrams isn’t on the pattern instructions either. I had to refer to other burdastyle pattern instructions to decipher the diagrams on the Tikva instructions.
Many thanks!

Hi Alden,
That would be great if you could thanks! I’m surprised no one else has come to you with the same problem. If I can just find out the pattern pieces I need to cut in interfacing that would be great.
Thanks!

Pieces to be cut in interfacing:
7 Top collar 1x 9 Sleeve cuff 2x 10 Sleeve strap 2x 13 Front placket 2x 16 Belt 1x
Steps 6, 7 & 8 have illustrations which indicate where the interfacing fits onto the pattern pieces. I am making a change to the instructions now. Sorry about the confusion!

Thanks so much for getting back to me! Are you able to let me know when the new instructions are available for download? Just nice to have it all in one place in case I ever dare to make this coat again! Yikes!
