Burda Style For people who sew
My prom is coming up and i want to make a high low dress , like the one’s seen in Balmain’s collection. I dont know how to start the skirt part of the dress? If anyone would like to help me out i would deeply appreciate it. Thank You :)

For this skirt I would say there are multiple layers the longer layers are underneath and only in the back the shorter layers are on top and wrap all the way around the dress.
