Every time I try and upload a project I get a 500 Error, but it still saves it as a draft project. When I try and click on the draft version, I get the same Error. I didn’t realize this at first and so I have about 10 versions of the same project that I still can’t upload!

Having the same problem, I tryed it with different patterns (Kasia, JJ, Jennifer…) but always the same: I can download the instructions but neither the home print nor the copyshop version of the pattern itself…

I have sent two messages via the contact form and reported this on Twitter and have been totally ignored and I am really annoyed. This is the first experience I’ve had of this website and I’ve paid my money for a pattern which I can’t obtain and am also being ignored. I paid for Anda and am ready to get going with it but am currently unable to do anything. What is being done about this?

I agree! I paid for 3 patterns and i still can’t download any of them!! I to reported this via the contact form yesterday and still nothing! I really hope this will be fixed very soon. this is the first time I bought patterns this way and it’s not nice experience.

I get the 500 error about every 5 links I click. It does not seem to be confined to any one page, it happens with my profile, patterns, and the help pages. Does it have to do with the browser?

Hello Nancy,
What browser are you using? If you go to your browser menu and empty your cache and then reset it, it might help. This often takes care of some of the issues when websites are running more information than your computer can handle. I have to do it every so often as well to keep those nasty ERRORS away. Let me know if it works or not.
