Hey guys, Im setting up a sewing room, in the spare room. just wondering if anyone has any advice on storage/ desks/ lighting or just general tips on how to best organise everything ! Thanks :)

make to to include lots of light really bright overhead and some task lights thothing harder than to be threading needles or trying to pick out a sewing error in dim light .

Lots (and I mean lots) of storage! Storage for projects that are on-going (if you’re like me you’ll have a trillion things on the go) and make sure it’s well labelled.
I got my H2B to nail a piece of mdf to the wall (which i painted a nice colour), then i drew around different bits of equipment (scissors, rulers etc) then pt little nails in places that would hold them up. The outlines help me to remember where each bit goes.
Make sure you tidy away as well. Nothing worse than wasting an hour looking for the fecking seam ripper!
