If you can’t find a pattern, try tracing a cami that you have and fits. Probably you are talking about a knit fabric. For the shelf bra put the top on and measure from the top of the the bodice and straight down over the fullest part of your breast to underneath and add about 4 cm. Also measure down from the side seam to around that same level. Cut the pattern for the shelf ending at those measurements plus seam allowance for adding some elastic. About 1/2" or 1" elastic with a plush finish is good. Also add the same amount of seam allowance for the sides and top.
Sewing: cut the elastic to measure somewhat stretched under your bust (at the level where you measured for the shelf bra pattern). Stretch and sew it to the bottom of the shelf bra. Then sew the top and sides of the shelf bra to the bodice front. Then sew the cami together at the sides and finish as usual.
