I just got the July 2011 issue in the mail this morning. I didn’t expect to like the issue after seeing the preview pictures on the German site. However, I think it’s pretty nice. Particularly, there are some really beautiful plus size formal dresses. I just wanted to mention that because I think BSM did a great job & I’m sure there are many sewers out there who will be interested! They’d make great wedding party dresses & a couple could be adapted to business-wear. I will probably adapt at least one of the patterns to my own size (non-plus, but difficult).
Also, I am happy to see that Burda is offering more instruction. This issue has beginner level instructions for making a pair of pants. Nice issue!
