i am completly shocked! all my projects do not show the pictures anymore. if i click into my studio and view all, i normaly see all my 44 projects with title and a small picuter on the side. now there is only writing and NO PIC!!!

if i click into the project, i can see the first page with the photos i once uploaded, but as soon as i want to see all the photos by again clicking view all, theire are NO PHOTOS anymore.

HELP HELP HELP!!!!!

WHAT CAN I DO???

i emailed the burdateam this morning but did not got any answer. i am completly depressed, as i have put so much effort to present my projects the best possible and now all my work is gone!!!??

please let me know what i can do about this (do i really have to upload all the things again????

    i have the same problem and i emailed the burdateam yesterday. i still have not heard anything either. i am so upset. i want my photos back.

    hello again. i actually just heard back from a burdastyle team member, sew4my3 and she said that she would get a tech to look at it. maybe you should try sending her a message.

    All of your issues have been reported and from what I understand, this is a very complicated, persistent bug that the techs are working on. They hope to have all of this fixed soon.

    Man, this is one persistent bug! The techs are still working on this along with other issues that have crept up due to this bug.

    Same here. I have over 40 projects and can’t see most of them. It seems to have gotten worse over the last week or two, as it was initially only a few projects I couldn’t see.

    It seems this is a very strange bug, we get one thing fixed and another one takes up residence elsewhere. The techs are still fighting this thing and trying to get everybody back up and running again. I don’t have a timeline for you but I am hopeful that it will be back up soon!
