Burda Style For people who sew

A pattern that I bought before the website change has gone missing from my account. I’ve contacted BurdaStyle TWICE and gotten no response. How can I get the pattern I paid for back into my purchase history?

Update: I went to the old version of the site and was able to access the pattern. However, it would be nice if it would show up in the new site!

Also, does anyone know if there’s a way to delete duplicates in your purchase history? I clicked on ‘Get It’ more than once for a free pattern and now it’s in my purchase history three times. Really annoying. I’d like to get rid of the two copies I don’t need, but there’s no way to edit or delete them.

  I’m so glad you posted this ed2122 or I would never have checked my own account! I’m missing more than half the patterns I’ve purchased. The missing patterns are:

  Amanda (plus) Amanda (small) Kristen (plus) Kristen (small) Sabrina Idit Corinne

  I’m using WINXP and firefox 3.0.13 and can send through screenshots if needed.

  I also have one pattern that I bought that did not transfer from the old site. The one I have missing is: #3840301a Wiesn Dirndl. It is not a browser or operating system issue, it just did not get transferred from the old site to the new. Thanks!

  Hi Alden, i purchased the Tara top from the old website and I’d like it to be in my purchase history so that i can get it again if my computer dies (or something to that matter).. thanks :)

  I’m not sure what this is all about. When I download a pattern from here (or elsewhere), I save a copy of both the pattern and the instructions (where there are instructions) pdf’s on my own hard drive. That way I can reprint the patterns any time I like…

  Which reminds me, there are a couple I want to go get… :)
