Hi, downloaded the Jocelyn to print at home on A4, but the test square is way bigger than 10cm. And also the last few pattern pages have printed out weirdly, like they have been shrunk down. HELP! I haven’t had this issue before.

    Hmmm… that’s odd. You said you haven’t had this issue before so I am guessing you have downloaded our patterns before? Did you check your printer settings to make sure that it is set to print as is at 100%? You probably have but it doesn’t hurt to double check. In the meantime I will report your issue and see if there might be some other issue going on with this particular pattern. Get back to you soon!

    I am also having issues with the Jocelyn pattern. When I click on “Print at Home” it pops up in my browser, is apparent for like 15 seconds, and disappears. I can’t actually manage to print it out.
