OOOOKAY! So, in a total tiff and gaga over this pattern (everyone’s lovely pics of ther finished Jennies fueled the frenzy) I downloaded the pattern… looking for the “dress variation” version of the instructions. Um.. YEAH.. why did I have to BUY it TWICE (descriptions for different variations) to realize (or maybe I still haven’t figured it out) that all versions of the pattern are included on ALL of the pattern listings of the “Jenny” in the pattern download tab..? WHAT Really? .. you say..
YES! at least that’s how I understand it. There are what? Three (maybe four, can’t remember, but I paid for TWO of them!) different “variations” to BUY and print, but all three of them have the same pattern pieces to print and same instructions… BOth of the ones I downloaded are the exact same. I’m really bummed I paid for the the thing twice (two different variations, or so I thought) and got the same pattern when all I had to do was buy one of them, the description needs to be better on the patterns AND if you are going to add variations to the patterns and sell them as a “Group” then perhaps it’s best to delete the old single variation versions.
I’m really bummed out that I had to spend the extra money for the same pattern when I totally would have used it to purchase some other nice pattern for my collection. 80(
If I am mistaken on this, and I very well could be, I just don’t want to be left feeling “jipped”, PLEASE someone explain this to me and why there are three (or more) listings for the VERY same pattern (once printed) but is described at variation A, variation B, variation C (etc etc..). I find this somewhat misleading and troubling, makes me sad, I LOVE Burdastyle to no end.
Oh and I did message Burda for help…. LAST week… no word back yet….

Hi David,
I had the same issue and sent an email today. Just found this post. I was looking for the dress instructions/pattern as well. Why aren’t they all included under one heading? Each Jenny pattern states that it contains three skirt patterns and one dress! Please help.
Thank you,
J
